Return Process

  Ensure the hair is unused, unwashed, and still attached to the original packaging with all tags intact before placing it in a secure shipping box.

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our designated fulfillment center.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
